Today I visited Airtel Connect 2010 and I found my other friends also there.
Airtel Connect 2010 was a conference followed by cocktail and dinner so after conference we were in cocktails my one friend was drinking hot drink, I took a soft drink and another one took nothing.
I asked to my friend who took nothing “why you are not drinking anything”
He replied “I drink only milk”
Instantly my friend who was drinking hard drink said “Now I understood why you don’t have any Girlfriend till this time”
Today I watched My Name is Khan. I never wrote anything about movies on this blog but today I couldn’t resist myself.
A Movie that can teach one many thing, It teach humanity with a simple ideology that there are only 2 kind of people in this world good people and bad people same ideology, that my grandfather taught me since my first memory.
Another thing that we can learn from this movie is one can reach to its any point if he/she desire it from deep of his/her heart weather it’s your love or a place impossible to reach .
It say that bad people are there every where it may be US or India or any other country but it doesn’t means world do not have good people.
Another thing that I can learn from this movie is do not underestimate any person may be he is not good in one place but he can be good at 10 different places..... This is what Rizvan Khans chracter proved...
A movie that says there may be some distance and clashes in family but it’s a part of love that is in family and when needed love will come out..
A movie that says you help others with pure heart without expectation of anything from them and god will help you in your noble cause.
All above is not the only teaching that are taught in this movie but you can learn things from every scene of the movie.
If you ask me a rating I would love to give 5/5 for this movie.
About SRK I never said I am his fan but now onwards I will say this and I will be disappointed if SRK don’t get best actor award for this movie.
It’s a must watch movie not only for any Indian but for every one who say he is a human...
Thanks SRK and Karan Johar for this wonderful movie and a message that I can say I never get any inspiration from Karan johar and SRK movie but this time I got lot of inspiration.
There may be some hoax about terrorist in movie but it’s not terrorist movie it’s a movie full of love and spreading that love to every human being despite of race and religion.
Please do watch this movie and don’t forget your tissues while going for this movie you will need it this movie made most of the people cry.
As I always said my grandfather played a big role in my success full life, he used to teach me many lessons that I can’t learn from anywhere else in the world. When I was kid my Grand Father taught me a lesson that I can remember for my life time.
This time I want to share it with you.
He gave me two big bags and told me to reach at a particular point and I will need to collect some material in these bags that he spread on my way.
Then he told me I have to keep one bag on my back and one in my hands.
He continued “The bag that I will carry on my back if I want I can throw some of the collected material of that bag out from bag as long as I am not making it empty but I cannot throw anything out from the bag that will be in front of me in my hand”.
He continued “I can open and see the bag that is in my hand and I can enjoy what is inside this bag but I should not open and should not see the content of bag on my back.”
Once he explained me all the rules he took me to starting point of this wisdom learning journey. I saw there were many flowers of different kind on way and many pebble, bricks block and big stones too.
Now he told me I have to collect these flowers and pebble and stones in these bags. In one bag I had to collect all kind flowers and in another one I had to collect all kind of pebbles and stones. I had liberty for not to choose something.
Here he asked me to choose which bag I want to put in front of me and which in back. I chosen wisely and took flower bag in front of me and pebbles and stones bag on my back. I collected almost every flower other than few very big size flowers because of bag size and I collected very less amount of pebble and stones and thrown few of them when I felt pebble bag getting heavy.
If I felt any problem I opened my flower bag saw them enjoyed smell of fresh flowers.
I reached to my destination my grandfather congratulated me for choosing bags place wisely and expanded the game.
Now he told me I have to do reverse. I had to change the location of bags, I had to collect only bigger flowers and I had to collect all small and bigger pebbles and stones that come in my way. This time I had to keep my pebbles bag in front of me and flowers bag on my back.
I started collecting all the pebbles and hunted for bigger flowers but after completing a very short distance it was impossible for me walk anymore because pebble bag was so heavy and till this time I found only one big flower in my bag on back.
Now he started explaining things to me
He said “these small flowers denote smaller happiness and bigger flowers denote reason of bigger happiness at the same time small pebbles and stones denote problems around us and brick blocks denote jealousy and similar kind of feelings. “
He continues “If we keep bag of problems and jealousy kind of feeling in front of us we will not be able to walk longer, it will get so heavy to walk and we will not be able to complete our journey and you will have no happiness as we hunted for bigger reason of happiness
Now if we choose location of bags wisely we can collect each happiness weather it’s small or bigger and we can throw our pain, sorry and jealousy kind of feeling if it start getting heavy and it will make our life heaven.”
When he finished I asked him “If Pebbles and stones denote pain and sorrow why to collect them?”
My grandfather answered me “If we only get happiness we will never enjoy it with full joy because pain and sorry teach importance of the joy and happiness”.
In Conclusion he said “it’s us who decide what we should keep and what we should throw, what we should watch again and again and what we should watch rarely, what we should enjoy and what we should not and this wise decision make our life hell or haven.”
In end he putted his hand on my head and said “Always carry both the bag but in front you should keep bag of flower only and try to collect every flower that you can collect”.
One of my teachers always loved to share one real incidence with every one when someone complains about problems in family or if kids are not happy at home or something like that.
Here is the incidence that he shared with me.
“He met with his one old friend after 2-3 years (who lived in Mumbai) my teacher asked about his friend and about his son. My teacher said to his friend now your son must have grown very much since I saw him last time.
His friend replied yes now he is grown earlier when you saw him he was of this size (he tried to demonstrate the height of his son in horizontal direction using his hands) and now he is of this size ( he expanded his both hand in horizontal direction only to demonstrate his sons height).
My teacher surprisingly asked him “what are you talking about kids growth should be explained in vertical direction not in horizontal direction like you are doing”.
Then his friend replied “I wake up early in morning and leave for office at that time my son doesn’t wake up and when I return home he goes asleep and I see my son growing in horizontal direction only”.
I know this doesn’t happen with everyone but then also I have question for you and ask yourself if you really have a positive answer of this question.
How many times you reached your home 30 minute earlier than your regular time on any weekdays and said to your family let’s get out to nearest ice-cream parlor for ice cream and enjoy some good time with your family.
Or how many time you visited your home early with some pastry and chocolates with a new game that everyone in your family can play and enjoy good family time together.
I know and I do understand it’s very hard to get some extra time from our busy work schedule but by being a network admin I know it’s not always when you have that much work load. In my logs I find that the last one hour is not always productive. I find browsing of songs, videos and Social networking sites is maximum in last one hour of work.
I am not denying one should not visit social networking site but if you don’t do it once in a blue moon you won’t get sick and neither your boss will fire you if you leave 1 hour early some time as long as you are done with assigned work.
I would suggest you to spend some quality time with your family and enjoy most precious moment of your life by stealing some time for your family from your tight work schedule. Everyone can do it only thing is that you desire it or not.
पिछले शनिवार याने की ३० जनवरी २०१० को मेरी कंपनी InfoBeans का वार्षिक आयोजन हुआ था.यहाँ मै मेरी कंपनी इसके लिए लिख रहा हूँ क्योंकि मै आपने आप को InfoBeans से अलग नहीं मानता .
खैर ये तो बात हुई मेरे विचारो की पर मै यदि ये कहू की ऐसे सब के विचार है तो आपके लिए ये मानना थोडा भी मुश्किल नहीं होना चाहिए क्योंकि यहाँ सभी लोग एक परिवार की तरह रहते हैं एक दुसरे से अपने सुख दुःख बांटते है और एक दुसरे को चिढाते भी है ठीक वैसे ही जैसे एक परिवार में होता है.
मेरी कंपनी की एक और बात जो हमें एक परिवार बनाती है वो ये है की यहाँ कोई भी छोटा या बड़ा नहीं है सब बराबर है. जब हम काम कर रहे होते हैं तब बात और होती है लेकिन जब बात होती है मस्ती की या किसी और बात की तो यहाँ राजा और रंक कोई नहीं होता सभी एक परिवार का हिस्सा है. ये बाते मैंने नहीं मेरे पिता जी नहीं कही है.
मै ज्यादा यहाँ वहा की बाते न करते हुए कोशिश करता हूँ इस आयोजन को चित्रित करने की
सुबह हम लोगो ने शुरुवात की शानदार नाश्ते के साथ, और उसके बाद शुरू हुआ न रुकने वाले शानदार Performances का सिलसिला. जो की ३ बजे तक चलता रहा. सुबह के इन कार्यक्रमों में कुछ लोगो ने standup comedy कर के लिए का दिल जीता, तो आशीष जैन ने डांस कर के लोगो से ढेरो तालिया बजवाई. अलग अलग दलों ने InfoBeans २०२० में कैसी होगी इसका चित्रण करते हुए अपनी कल्पना शक्ति का परिचय दिया ही सभी को गुदगुदाया और हंसाया भी बहोत .
कोई २०२० में InfoBeans में फिल्म कलाकारों से काम करा रहा था तो कोई यमराज के लिए सॉफ्टवेर बना रहा था, कोई तकनीक का नया रूप दिखा रहा था तो कोई तकनीकी रोबोट्स से सर टकरा रहा था.
और इस सब के बीच मुझे लोगो ने मंदिर में लगा हुआ घंटा समझ कर बहोत बजाया और मेरा बड़ा मजाक उड़ाया पर यकीन मानिये इस तरह से बजने का जो मजा होता है वो हर कोई नहीं समझ पता.
पहले जब लोग मेरा मजाक बनाते थे तो मुझे बड़ा ही बुरा लगता था, एक बार मैंने मेरे पिता जी से इस बारे में बात की तो उनका कहना था की बेटा हमें इस तरह से परेशान वही करते है जो हम पर अपना हक़ समझते हैं, क्या हम किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति को थोड़े ही चिढ़ायेंगे जो हमें जानता भी ना हो. उनका कहना था ये सब तुम्हे अपना मानते हैं इस लिए ऐसा करते हैं.
और कल निषाद और प्रतीक ने साबित भी किया की वो मुझे अपना मानते हैं जब जहा मजाक बनाया वही मेरी तारीफ भी की मेरी bloging के बारे में बता कर. और आज मै ये पोस्ट लिख रहा हूँ तो इसमें भी पूरी पुणे टीम का बड़ा योगदान है कयु की उन्होंने मुझसे कहा था की हम इसे तुम्हारे ब्लॉग पर पढेंगे भी.
जब ये सुबह का आयोजन थोडा देर से खत्म हुआ तो सिद्धार्थ( Co -Founder of InfoBeans) ने सभी को ताकीद करते हुए कहा की शाम का आयोजन देर से नहीं शुरू होना चाहिए क्यू की शाम को सभी व्यक्तियों के परिवार आमंत्रित थे और सिद्धार्थ बिलकुल नहीं चाहते थे की कोई भी बुजुर्ग या बच्चा इस देरी के कारन भूखा रहे. ये बात अपने आप में एक उदाहरण है की उनके लिए सिर्फ काम ही नहीं हमारा परिवार भी बहोत अहमियत रखता है.
इसके बाद सभी ने खाना खाया और अपने अपने परिवार को लाने के लिए भागदौड़ शुरू कर दी क्यू की शाम का कार्यक्रम परिवार के लिए था और हम तो शाम के कार्यक्रम के लिए आयोजक बन गए थे.
शाम का आयोजन पूर्ण रूप से formal परिधान वाला आयोजन था अतः मुझे भी मेरा suit पहन कर आना पड़ा हलाकि मै इसे पसंद नहीं करता हूँ लेकिन क्या करे :) शाम का कार्यक्रम चाय और नाश्ते के साथ शुरू हुआ और रात के खाने के साथ ख़त्म हुआ लेकिन इसके बीच में जो हुआ वो सालो याद किया जा सकता है.
शाम को चाय नाश्ते के बाद जो कार्यक्रमों का सिलसिला शुरू हुआ तो ऐसा लगा छुपी हुई प्रतिभाओं की बहार आ गई हो
शाम के कार्यक्रम का संचालन जब कनुप्रिया और शाहनवाज खान ने किया तो वो एक अलग ही अंदाज था और फिर इस माला में पहला मोती पिरोने के लिए यामिनी, रीना और श्वेता ने सरस्वती वंदना से शुरुवात की और फिर एक के बाद एक शानदार प्रस्तुतियां आती रही और लोग मंत्र मुग्ध हो कर उन प्रस्तुतियों में खोये रहे.......
फिर हम चाहे अविनाश और विभा के डांस की बात करे या InfoBeans के rock band की प्रस्तुति की.
हम बात करे पुणे टीम के द्वारा दिए डांस की या विजेता के द्वारा गाए गए माँ गीत की हम बात करे रफत ,शान और UPT (चंद्रमुखी) के यमलोक के हंसी भरे संवाद की या बात करे धवन के द्वारा प्रस्तुत हंसी से भरपूर कविताओं और सामान बेचने की कला की हम बात करे ऋचा और प्राची के राजस्थानी कठपुतली डांस की
या बात करे नीलम और रुचा के गुजराती या मराठी नृत्यों या फिर हम बात करे आशीष प्रजापती के द्वारा प्रस्तुत आँखों को नम कर देने वाली कविता की
या फिर हम बात करे मितेश के द्वारा दिया गया दिल को छु लेने वाला परिवार का विवरण
और इन सब के साथ ही दो प्रस्तुतिया जो की बड़ो को भी मात दे दे वो थी अनन्या और ओजस की मन को बांध कर रख लेने वाली प्रस्तुतिया. सब एक से बढ़ कर एक था. जहा कॉमेडी गीतों और डांस ने लोगो को हंसाया और दिल बहलाया वही आशीष और मितेश ने परिवार और माता पिता का अहसास करते हुए लोगो की आँखों को नम कर दिया और दिलो को एक दुसरे के और नजदीक ला दिया.
पर दिलो को नजदीक लाने की बात यही पूरी नहीं हुई, इसके बाद भी बचा था परिवार को दिया जाने वाला एक ऐसा उपहार जो सभी को इस बात की याद दिलाता रहे की उनका परिवार एक बड़े परिवार का भी हिन्स्सा है जो है InfoBeans परिवार.
सभी परिवारों को उपहार स्वरुप दिया गया एक पूरे परिवार का फोटो लेकिन इस तस्वीर के साथ इन्फोबेंस परिवार के मुखिया सिद्धार्थ, मितेश और अविनाश ( Co -Founder of InfoBeans)ने ये भरोसा भी दिया की कुछ भी हो आपका परिवार और हमारा परिवार एक है, हमारी सारी खुशिया आपके साथ है और आपके किसी भी गम में हम आपसे कही दूर नहीं होंगे.
मेरा परिवार उपहार लेते हुए और जैसा मैंने कहा की इस परिवार में सब एक है, सब सामान है किसी को भी किसी के भी पद के अनुसार मन सम्मान नहीं दिया जाता सभी के मन सम्मान एक बराबर है और मेरा ये कथन इस बात से साबित हो जाता है की इस १० वार्षिक आयोजन में जो सम्मान एक ग्रुप मेनेजर या कंपनी के मालिक के परिवार को दिया गया वही सम्मान सबसे छोटी पोस्ट कहे जाने वाली सुप्पोर्ट स्टाफ के परिवार को भी दिया गया. यह बात कहने से मेरा तात्पर्य ये है की यहाँ कोई भी छोटा बड़ा नहीं है सब समान है और ये सिर्फ कहा नहीं जाता किया जाता है
कार्यक्रमों के बाद शुरू हुआ शानदार दावत का सिलसिला लेकिन इस में भी सिद्धार्थ ने इस बात का खास ध्यान रखा की कोई भी व्यक्ति बिना खाना खाए ना जाने पाए।
कुछ ऐसे नाम जिन्हें मै पहले नहीं ले पाया था लेकिन अभी उनके बिना समापन नहीं कर सकता वो है
पहली तारीख पर होने वाली ख़ुशी को डांस के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया गया जयंती और तरुलाता एवं आशीष और सोनल की जोड़ियों का डांस
शुभा का डांस और Mr गुरु का गाना
वो हैं lovleet का डांस और UPT का standup कॉमेडी शो अब चूंकि पारिवारिक कार्यकर्मो का सिलसिला खत्म हो चूका था stage खाली था और music system साथ था तो हमें नाचने से कौन रोक सकता था सब खूब नाचे और जो नहीं नाचा उसे जबरन नाचा गया...
यहाँ काले रंग के Suit में जो जनाब नजर आ रहे हैं वो अपना एक पैर प्लास्टर के साथ लाये थे और उन्हें सिद्धार्थ अपने हांथो में उठा कर nachane le गएथे । निचे के तस्वीर में
मै शायद बहोत कुछ लिख सकता हूँ अभी भी यदि मै इसी पोस्ट को फिर से लिखना शुरू करूंगा तो, लेकिन समय इस बात की इजाजत नहीं देता की मै और लिखू..
मैंने कोशिश करी है की मै सभी की प्रस्तुतियों के बारे में जरूर लिखूं लेकिन इतने विस्तृत आयोजन के एक एक अंश को याद रख कर लिख पाना मेरे जैसे तुछ प्राणी के बस की बात नहीं है अत: मै उन सभी से माफ़ी मांगना चाहूँगा जिनके बारे में मै लिख नहीं पाया
अंत में यही कहूँगा की ये आयोजन ना केवल हमारे बल्कि हमारे परिवारों के लिए भी एक जीवन पर्यंत याद रखने वाला आयोजन हो गया
मै Entertainment comity के सभी सदस्यों को धन्यवाद देते हुए मेरे इस लेख का समापन करूंगा क्योंकि बिना इन सदस्यों के कठिन परिश्रम के यह आयोजन संम्पन होना असंभव था
